Role Description

The Information Technology Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Philippines, responsible for overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and support services. This role manages daily IT operations, including network administration, server and cloud systems, hardware and software maintenance, and data security. The IT Manager leads and mentors the IT team, prioritizes support requests, and ensures timely resolution of technical issues to minimize disruption to business activities. The position collaborates with leadership and functional teams to assess technology needs, implement system improvements, and support digital initiatives for sales, merchandising, and marketing operations. The role also involves vendor management, budgeting for IT resources, establishing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
