Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketer role based in Pasay. The Digital Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, coordinating content with internal stakeholders, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing key metrics to improve results. The role also involves supporting lead generation activities, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and preparing regular performance reports to guide decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience planning and executing online campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and community management.
• Experience with Lead Generation, including creating and optimizing campaigns to capture and qualify prospects.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present campaign results clearly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing role is preferred but not strictly required for highly motivated candidates with relevant skills.
