Job summary

Staff Outsourcing Solutions seeks a hands-on Recruitment Hub Manager in Cebu City to run the daily onsite operations, lead the team, and accelerate candidate matching with AI tools. You will manage walk-ins, exams, and first interviews, ensuring complete applicant records and real-time pipeline visibility.

You will profile candidates against client orders, supervise interns, and maintain strong relationships with partner colleges and job fairs, while reporting on weekly metrics and pass rates.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in recruitment for a BPO, outsourcing, or shared‑services company, including at least 1 year leading a recruitment team, hub, or shift.
• Experience running volume screening: exams, assessments, and structured first interviews.
• Hands‑on use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in daily work, and strong Google Workspace skills.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to lead when leadership is on another shift.
• Living in Cebu and available onsite in Cebu Business Park on the day shift, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Handing off complete candidate files to the night‑shift Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Overseeing intern program and college partnerships to produce BPO‑ready hires.
• Managing the employee referral program and weekly walk‑in/time‑to‑shortlist reports.

Our Recruitment Hub in Cebu Business Park receives walk-in applicants every weekday, tests them, interviews them, and matches them to open positions with our clients in the United States and Australia. It needs a manager who will run it in person, lead the team that staffs it, and make the matching faster and sharper with AI tools. This is a hands‑on operating role, not a title behind a desk. Full-time, direct hire, onsite, day shift, Monday to Friday.

What You Will Own

• The daily Recruitment Hub: walk-in reception, screening exams, first interviews, and complete records for each applicant.
• The day‑shift recruitment team: one recruitment team member and our interns. Schedules, training, standards, and weekly one‑on‑ones.
• Profiling every qualified applicant against our open client job orders, using Claude and other AI tools to match skills to roles and draft candidate summaries.
• The applicant database in monday.com, kept current so anyone in the company can see the pipeline in real time.
• Complete candidate files handed to the night‑shift Talent Acquisition Manager: SOS‑format resume, assessment results, interview notes, and profile.
• The intern program and our relationships with partner colleges and job‑fair organizers, focused on programs that produce BPO‑ready hires.
• The employee referral program, and a weekly report on walk‑ins, pass rates, and time from application to shortlist.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years in recruitment for a BPO, outsourcing, or shared‑services company, including at least 1 year leading a recruitment team, hub, or shift.
