Job summary

Anglo-Eastern is seeking a Recruitment Assistant for a 4-month temporary assignment in our ASEAN Office. You will conduct candidate sourcing and outbound calls to prospect applicants, screen qualifications, verify availability, and maintain regular communication for current and future vessel requirements.

You will also build a strong talent pipeline and support scheduling interviews. Familiar with TAP, Jot Form, referrals, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels, you will manage candidate data in

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor degree required.
• Onsite availability for 3–4 months.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and data entry.
• Formal business communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• 4 years Bachelor degree graduate
• Can commit for 3-4 months onsite work in our Asean Office
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data analytics skills
• Familiarity of social Media Management such as Facebook, Canva
