Job summary

iQor in Batangas, Philippines is seeking an HR Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment team. You will schedule interviews, process onboarding, and maintain candidate communications, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

The role partners with background check vendors, manages paperwork, and generates staffing reports. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred, with at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in administrative, HR, or recruiting roles.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; HR/business administration field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates candidate interviews.
• Maintains interview schedule.
• Sends interview feedback form and compile results.
• Greets all incoming applicants and escorts them to interview where applicable.
• Sends pre-employment paperwork to the designated HR Representative.
• Updates applicant database as needed.
• Drafts offer letters, with Recruiter sign-off and approval prior to sending.
• Partners with background check vendor to ensure compliance.
• Guides new hires through onboarding process.
• Tracks, coordinates and organizes Job Boards; complies with company security policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
