Job summary

IBM Philippines is seeking a Recruiter to support inbound and active candidate processing, screening applications, and presenting top candidates to the Hiring Manager. You will collaborate with IBM Talent Acquisition Partners to fill requisitions using various sourcing channels.

You will serve as the first point of contact for candidates, conveying IBM's EVP and speaking about the company, industry, and role opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' recruitment experience with demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in candidate selection process and web-based applicant tracking system (ATS/CRM).
• 2–4 years' experience in HR and/or staffing, with knowledge of recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen candidate applications from multiple sourcing channels.
• Present qualified candidates to Hiring Manager for interview.
• Act as brand ambassador to engage candidates and communicate EVP.
• Schedule interviews and manage status updates in ATS/CRM.
• Maintain relationships with Client's SMEs and optimize sourcing strategies.
• Keep systems updated and provide timely candidate status reports.

Your Role And Responsibilities

The Recruiter is responsible for in-bound, active candidate processing which involves reviewing and screening candidate applications from a variety of sourcing channels and presenting the most qualified to be interviewed by the client. Recruiter may manage an individual requisition load, working directly with the Hiring Manager from discovery intake to offer negotiation or form part of a sourcing team, supplying active candidates for requisitions managed by the IBM Talent Acquisition Business Partners.

They will act as the first point of contact for active candidates and will be able to convey the client's EVP and talk knowledgably about the company, industry, and role opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedules candidate for Hiring Manager interview.
• Posts job requisition in job boards
• Maintains strong relationship with Client's Subject Matter Experts optimization opportunities.
• Identifies innovation and process
• Ensure collaborative environment is fostered within and across teams through Agile practices and principles.
• May participate in the role discovery meeting with Hiring Manager and agrees delivery expectations, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
• Use screening and selection criteria to identify qualified active candidates against prescribed scoring criteria via resume review, pre-recorded interview, scripted interview, or a combination.
• Notify relevant candidates within the ATS/CRM on opportunities.
• Acts as a brand ambassador to engage active candidates and retain their interest in the client's company.
• Screens and submits candidate short-lists to the Hiring Manager or TABPs and provides requisition status updates as required
• Reviews the relevant strength and size of the candidate pool to determine with the TABP if additional sourcing activities are required.
• Contributes, through excellent delivery, to high client satisfaction levels with the service to promote positive NPS scores, references, and case studies from the account.
• Keep systems accurately updated as required.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 2-4 years' experience in recruitment with demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, provide excellent customer service, and support high-volume hiring initiatives
• 2-4 years' recruitment experience, with sourcing expertise in either an in-house, RPO or agency role
• 2-4 years' experience in candidate selection process and web-based applicant tracking system
• 2-4 years' knowledge of functional recruitment best practices
• 2 years' experience in Human Resources and/or Staffing

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience in US Recruitment, Healthcare or IT is preferred
