• Plan, organize, and implement a variety of recreational activities and programs for participants of all ages. This may include sports leagues, arts and crafts classes, fitness programs, special events, and more.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. This involves ensuring appropriate safety measures are in place, addressing any concerns or issues that arise, and fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain and upkeep recreational facilities and equipment. This could involve tasks such as cleaning and maintaining equipment, setting up and taking down equipment for activities, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of the recreational areas.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with participants, parents, volunteers, and other staff members.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants and create a positive and inclusive environment.
