Job summary

Shopee is seeking an AI & Automation Delivery professional to drive the roadmap from idea to pilot to live deployments across logistics and operations in the Philippines.

You will turn operational pain points into clear requirements, collaborate with Product and Tech, and build dashboards to quantify time saved, efficiency gains, and cost reductions.

The role demands strong analytics, clear communication, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project or program management, product operations, data analytics, or process automation, ideally in logistics or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to solve real operational problems.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of SQL or a BI tool.
• Ability to turn operational pain points into clear requirements, user stories, and test cases for Product/Tech.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, from ground Ops to Product and Tech.
• Structured, self-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional work in a fast-paced environment.

AI & Automation Delivery

• Drive the team's AI and automation roadmap, taking use cases from idea to pilot to live, with clear milestones and owners.
• Review current processes step by step to find where AI and automation can improve speed, accuracy, and productivity.
• Scale and continuously improve existing AI solutions, tracking quality and adoption.

Product & Tech Collaboration

• Turn operational pain points into clear requirements, user stories, and test cases for Product and Tech.
• Support the build, testing, and rollout of new systems and features, and track issues through to resolution.

Data & Impact Tracking

• Build dashboards and analyses to track the progress, accuracy, and business impact of each initiative.
• Quantify the benefits of each project (time saved, manpower freed up, cost reduced, recovery improved) and report them to stakeholders.
• Turn data into insights that help the team prevent issues upstream, not just resolve them.

Requirements:

Must-have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project or program management, product operations, data analytics, or process automation, ideally in logistics or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. LLM prompting, AI-assisted workflows) to solve real operational problems.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of SQL or a BI tool.
• Ability to turn operational pain points into clear requirements, user stories, and test cases for Product/Tech.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, from ground Ops to Product and Tech.

Nice-to-have

• Basic Python or scripting skills, or experience with low-code/no-code automation tools.
• Familiarity with APIs, OCR/computer vision, or how ML models are evaluated (accuracy, false positives).
• Experience with system rollouts or UAT for internal workflow or case management tools.
• Exposure in logistics field.
