Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions in Bulacan invites applications for a Record to Report Analyst (Night Shift). The role covers GL Recon, Bank Recon, Intra‑Group and Fixed Assets accounting, ensuring timely, accurate reporting during close.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and at least 2 years of basic accounting experience. SAP and MS applications experience is a plus; ability to adapt, work quickly and collaborate across markets is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of bachelor\'s degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in basic accounting.
• Amenable to any shift; knowledge in SAP and MS Applications is an advantage.
• Can join the team ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks applicable to specific processes (GL Recon, Bank Recon, Intra Group and Fixed Assets Accounting)
• Perform Accounts Reconciliation
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting as needed during Period-End Close
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
• Ensure that all issues are investigated/resolved according to the markets requirements
• Collaborate with Market/other Streams to resolve issues
• Initiate continuous improvement projects
