Job summary

Nestlé is seeking an Accounting Operations Analyst (Morning Shift) in Meycauayan, Bulacan, to join the Nestlé Business Services team. This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and at least 1–2 years of basic accounting experience, with SAP/MS familiarity and a readiness to work in multiple shifts.

The team delivers world-class accounting support, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and KPI attainment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum 2 years of basic accounting experience.
• Amenable to any shift and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS applications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks across GL Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation, Intra Group and Fixed Assets Accounting.
• Perform Accounts Reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting during Period-End Close.
• Meet KPIs and collaborate with markets to resolve issues.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects.

A day in the life of...

• Perform tasks applicable to specific processes (GL Recon, Bank Recon, Intra Group and Fixed Assets Accounting)
• Perform Accounts Reconciliation
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting as needed during Period-End Close
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
• Ensure that all issues are investigated/resolved according to the markets’ requirements
• Collaborate with Market/other Streams to resolve issues
• Initiate continuous improvement projects
