The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting with 5+ years of accounting experience and Big Four exposure. Responsibilities include coordinating across divisions, supporting audits, and driving Center of Excellence projects to enhance efficiency and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years in general accounting and financial analysis.
• Big Four background preferred.
• Shared services experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel; data tools (Power BI/Power Automate/Data Warehouse).

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts across divisions and legal entities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audit activities by preparing documentation and addressing audit findings.
• Contribute to initiatives within the Reconciliations Center of Excellence, including process setup and improvement.
• Identify and implement best practices to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
