Job summary

Sun Life Financial in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Professional to perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, analyze variances, and produce schedules for internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 2–3 years in general accounting and at least 1 year in accounts reconciliation, with CPA or CPA candidacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly balance sheet account reconciliations in line with local/global guidelines.
• Identifies reconciling items, resolves variances, and escalates complex items.
• Provides schedules and reports for management, auditors and regulators.
• Supports end-to-end business processes and documents procedures and controls.
