Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, 2–3 years in General Accounting, and preferably a CPA or CPA candidate. Proficiency in Excel and SAP/GIS-related systems is a plus, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly balance sheet account reconciliations for assigned accounts in accordance with local and global guidelines.
• Identifies reconciling items and coordinates with relevant units to resolve variances.
• Provides accurate financial support schedules and reports for management, auditors, and regulators.
• Develops understanding of end-to-end business processes related to assigned accounts and documents procedures.
• Supports process improvement initiatives through system enhancements and projects.
