Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Senior Associate to prepare, review, and complete assigned fund processes and deliverables within SLA. The role requires coordination with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely, accurate results across general fund accounting and financial instruments.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year multinational/investment experience, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting performance metrics and SLAs.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have an understanding of general fund accounting.
• Understanding and valuation of financial products including but not limited to equities, fixed income, options, swap futures and forwards.
• Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Can work with minimal supervision and deliver high quality output.
• Must be highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively.
• Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics.
• The candidate should show the ability to use basic to intermediate formulas in excel.
• Willing to report on a mid-shift or late mid-shift schedule: 3PM-12AM / 6PM to 3AM.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Financial Management, Economics, or other related business or financial course.
• At least 1 year experience from a multinational company or a investment related work would be an advantage.

• Work load must be planned for the day to identify issues and delays that may cause interruptions in the completion of deliverables
• Senior Associate is expected to properly communicate with onshore counterparts, custodians, brokers, administrators and regulatory agencies to query, escalation and resolve issues pertaining to the processes and deliverables assigned
• Should be aware and perform the standard procedure of a proper hand off, both offshore and onshore
• Ensure completeness of process documentation
• Any related process as required by both onshore and offshore teams
