Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Associate – Fund Accounting in Manila for onsite work at GSC Corporate Tower, BGC. You will prepare NAV packages, ensure data integrity, and liaise with managers, brokers, and custodians to support accurate fund accounting and reporting.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Accountancy or Finance.
• 2–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare low to medium complexity NAV packages per FS policies and procedures.
• Ensure the proprietary database is updated with accurate data at client take-on.
• Liaise with internal/external parties (investment managers, prime brokers, custodians) for transaction processing and NAV prep.
• Coordinate with auditors to provide information and address queries.
• Data entry for new client and fund setups.
• Data management for fund closures and client terminations.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
• Manage fee processing and invoicing in the billing system.
• Prepare monthly revenue accrual reports and client management reporting (KPIs, AR, profitability).

Your Role

• Preparing low to medium complexity NAV packages in accordance with FS policies and procedures;
• Ensure the proprietary database is completed with accurate data by the take‑on point of the client;
• Liaison with internal and external parties, such as investment managers, prime brokers and custodians, in relation to trading activities as required for transaction processing and NAV preparation, if required;
• Liaison with auditors to provide requested information and respond to queries, if required;
• Data entry for new client and fund setups;
• Data management for fund closures and client terminations;
• Liaising with other functions of the company across the globe, ensuring the company's services are delivered timely and accurately;
• Fee processing management – including booking of fees in the billing system and preparation of invoices;
• Completion of monthly revenue accrual reports;
• Retrieving data and performing data analysis for management/client reporting;
• Preparation of Management Reporting including but not limited to KPIs, Accounts Receivable, Profitability, and other client management reporting as required.

Qualifications
