Job summary

William Hill PLC in Manila is seeking a Reconciliation Process Support Specialist to support colleagues on the evoke reconciliation platform, address technical challenges, and drive automation to streamline close processes.

You will configure the platform, troubleshoot data feeds from source systems, train users, and contribute to process improvements and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data accounting, finance, information systems or related field.
• 1–2 years reconciliation experience with a reconciliation platform (Accurate).
• 5+ years experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience with financial management systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and manage the reconciliation platform with user accounts, roles, and security.
• Configure reconciliation rules, matching criteria, exception workflows, and approvals.
• Schedule data imports and reconciliation runs; monitor system performance.
• Investigate and resolve breaks or discrepancies identified by rules engine.
• Coordinate data feeds from source systems into Accurate; assist with integration issues.
• Provide training and guidance to reconciliation analysts and finance users.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve reconciliation accuracy.
• Assist with documenting reconciliation policies and standard operating procedures.

This role will also drive process automation and improvements that will enable the Finance Shared Service Delivery teams perform streamlined based activities and reporting to the stakeholders. What you will be doing: Responsibilities and Accountabilities:1. Platform Administration and Configuration* Set up, maintain, and manage the reconciliation platform, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.* Configure reconciliation rules, matching criteria, exception workflows, and approval processes according to business requirements.* Schedule data imports and reconciliation runs, and monitor system performance. 2. Reconciliation Process Support* Investigate and resolve \"breaks\" or discrepancies identified by rules engine.* Act as a point of escalation for user support related to platform issues.* Provide training and guidance to reconciliation analysts and other finance users. 3. Technical and Integration Support* Coordinate data feeds from source systems (e.g., Openbet, NTS, bank statements and etc) into Accurate.* Assist with technical integration issues and support IT teams in troubleshooting connectivity and data import errors.* Maintain scripting, rules logic, and mappings for reconciliation jobs 4. Process improvements and documentation* Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks, optimize matching logic, and improve reconciliation accuracy.* Participate in projects to enhance reconciliation coverage, reduce exceptions, and shorten close cycles.* Recommend best practices and standardization across reconciliation types and business units.* Help streamline documentation of reconciliation policies and standard operating procedures.
