Job summary

evoke is seeking a Reconciliation Process Support Specialist to manage the Accurate reconciliation platform, configure rules, and coordinate data feeds from source systems. You will investigate breaks, provide user support, and train reconciliation analysts to ensure smooth financial close.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in accounting/finance, a relevant degree, and familiarity with Oracle/SAP/JDE. Hybrid work arrangement and a collaborative finance team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in reconciliation using a reconciliation platform (Accurate).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience with financial management systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and manage the reconciliation platform: user accounts, roles, permissions, and security.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified by rules engine; train users.
• Coordinate data feeds from source systems into Accurate; assist with integrations.
• Identify automation opportunities and document standard operating procedures.
