Job summary

William Hill PLC in Manila is seeking a Reconciliation Process Support Specialist to support colleagues on the evoke reconciliation platform, address technical challenges, and drive automation to streamline close processes.

You will configure the platform, troubleshoot data feeds from source systems, train users, and contribute to process improvements and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data accounting, finance, information systems or related field.
• 1–2 years reconciliation experience with a reconciliation platform (Accurate).
• 5+ years experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience with financial management systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and manage the reconciliation platform with user accounts, roles, and security.
• Configure reconciliation rules, matching criteria, exception workflows, and approvals.
• Schedule data imports and reconciliation runs; monitor system performance.
• Investigate and resolve breaks or discrepancies identified by rules engine.
• Coordinate data feeds from source systems into Accurate; assist with integration issues.
• Provide training and guidance to reconciliation analysts and finance users.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve reconciliation accuracy.
• Assist with documenting reconciliation policies and standard operating procedures.
