Job summary

Cooee Inc. in Makati is seeking an Accounting Associate – Reconciliation & Month-End to support day-to-day finance operations across multiple platforms.

You’ll handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, month-end reporting, and revenue reconciliations with attention to detail and strong Excel skills. This is a day-shift, onsite role ideal for professionals with 1–3 years' experience who are analytical and proactive.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, or month-end accounting.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Experience across multiple finance systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor finance inboxes and action accounting-related requests.
• Support Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, PO matching, payment runs, and supplier queries.
• Process sales invoice amendments and credit notes.
• Allocate customer payments and complete bank reconciliations.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and aged receivables.
• Process supplier/vendor setup and customer finance documentation.
• Upload POs, invoices, and supporting documents to portals.
