Cooee Inc. Career in Iloilo invites an Assistant Management Accountant to join our onsite team.

You will support day-to-day finance operations, reconciliations, month-end reporting, and project-related financial activities across multiple platforms and entities. You will collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams to maintain accurate financial records, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely reporting while supporting revenue and cost reconciliations across systems including Rentman,

Qualifications

1–5 years of bookkeeping, reconciliations or month-end accounting experience.
Solid foundation in accounting and bookkeeping principles.
Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Monitor finance inboxes and handle accounting-related requests.
Support Accounts Payable, including invoice processing and vendor queries.
Process sales invoice amendments and credit notes.
Allocate customer payments and perform bank reconciliations.
Prepare month-end journals and reconciliations; assist with intercompany activity.
Reconcile data across Rentman, Xero and Pipeline; assist revenue/Cogs reconciliations.
