Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience in site acquisition, real estate development, property management, or related field is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Trade Area and Site Identification: Research and identify potential trade areas and sites that meet project requirements.
• Trade Area and Site Evaluation: Assess feasibility considering traffic, zoning, regulations, visibility, accessibility, and market demand.
• Negotiation: Negotiate leases, contracts, and other documents with property owners.
• Permitting and Approvals: Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain permits and approvals for site development.
• Due Diligence: Conduct site inspections, title searches, and environmental assessments for compliance.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, local government, and communities.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate acquisitions and meet timelines.
• Documentation: Maintain records for leases, permits, and correspondence.
• Budget Management: Monitor budgets and expenses related to site acquisitions.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely project completion.
