Job summary

Alveo Land Corp. is seeking a Property Specialist to market and sell its premium developments across the Philippines. You will develop marketing campaigns, conduct property presentations, site tours, and end-to-end sales support.

You will provide clients with market insights, valuations, and investment opportunities, while aiming to consistently achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 2- or 4-year college degree.
• Experience in real estate is advantageous but not required.
• Background in sales, customer service, or business development is highly preferred; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Job description

The Property Specialist is responsible for marketing and selling Alveo Land’s portfolio of premium real estate developments across the Philippines, including residential condominiums, house-and-lot communities, office spaces, and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels to attract qualified leads and drive sales opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through property presentations, site tours, consultations, contract negotiations, and end-to-end sales assistance.
• Provide clients with timely and accurate insights on market trends, property valuations, and real estate investment opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year college degree program.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not required.
• Background in sales, customer service, or business development from industries such as insurance, automotive, banking, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
