Job summary

Alveo Land Corp. is seeking a Property Specialist to market and sell its premium developments across the Philippines, including condos, house-and-lot, office spaces, and commercial properties.

You will lead marketing initiatives, present properties, conduct site tours, negotiate contracts, and provide timely market insights while aiming to exceed sales targets with exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year college degree program.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not required.
• Background in sales, customer service, or business development from industries such as insurance, automotive, banking, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
