Alveo Land is seeking a Real Estate Salesperson to market and sell its real estate portfolio in the Philippines. You will assist clients through the sales process, present properties, build relationships, and identify opportunities while representing the Alveo Land brand professionally.

The role involves developing marketing strategies, negotiating deals, site tours, and guiding clients through documentation to close sales. Prior real estate experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.
• Experience in real estate is an advantage but not required.
• Prefers a background in sales (insurance, car, retail, etc.).
