• Two years real estate sales experience; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Computer literate; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Good communication, coordination and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Customer Service Representative.
• Answers email or telephone inquiries of clients/buyers and relays to concerned departments.
• Ensures the completeness of Buyers Folder to be submitted to the Loans Team.
• Prepares and updates Sales Database (Buyers Masterlist, Sellers Profile, etc.).
• Encodes the Reservation Information.
• Assists the Sales Coordinator and the Site Manning Staff on their logistics concerns.
• Consolidates Weekly, Monthly Sales Reports and Sales Target/Projection submitted by the Sales Coordinators.
• Acts as custodian of Sales files/documents.
• Assists in the turnover of units (inspection).
• Performs other duties as may be determined by the Sales & Marketing Manager from time to time.
