PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Director to lead the expansion of our sales organization in Hermosa, Bataan.

The role requires establishing a fully staffed sales structure, developing market presence, and driving sustainable growth from Hermosa relocation. This leadership position demands a strategic mindset, strong network, and proven ability to recruit, train, and guide sales teams toward ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, team building, and business development.
• Strong corporate sales network is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and manage sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales and market development.
• Willing to relocate to Hermosa, Bataan.

Responsibilities

• Build and staff a complete, ready sales organization of 3 Sales Managers, each overseeing 3 Sales Executives.
• Ensure each Sales Manager builds and manages a team of at least 3 Sales Executives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for PHirst Park Homes developments.
• Leverage corporate and professional networks to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Establish relationships with corporate accounts, business groups, and key stakeholders.
• Coach and develop Sales Managers to strengthen team performance and leadership capabilities.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.

ABOUT THE ROLE

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is looking for an experienced and highly driven Real Estate Sales Director to lead the expansion of our sales organization in Hermosa, Bataan.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background

• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Real Estate Management (REM), Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, Business Administration, or any relevant field

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, team building, and business development.
• Strong corporate sales network is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and manage sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales and market development.
• Willing to relocate to Hermosa, Bataan.
