PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. in General Santos City seeks an experienced Real Estate Sales Director to lead expansion of our VisMin sales organization. This strategic leadership role will build a complete sales team and drive sustainable growth.

Based in General Santos City with relocation, the candidate will set targets, develop strategies, and nurture corporate networks to win key accounts and accelerate market penetration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Real Estate.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, team building, and business development.
• Strong corporate sales network is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and manage sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic, highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Willing to relocate to General Santos City.

Responsibilities

• Build and staff a complete sales organization with 3 Sales Managers and 9 Sales Executives.
• Ensure each Sales Manager builds a team of at least 3 Sales Executives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for PHirst Park Homes developments.
• Drive market penetration and growth across VisMin markets.
• Leverage networks to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Establish relationships with corporate accounts and key stakeholders.
• Coach and develop Sales Managers to strengthen performance and leadership.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to meet objectives.
• Lead business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights.

ABOUT THE ROLE

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is looking for an experienced and highly driven Real Estate Sales Director to lead the expansion of our sales organization in VisMin.

This is a strategic leadership role for a sales professional who can build a complete sales organization, develop strong market presence, and drive sustainable sales growth.

The successful candidate will be based in General Santos City and must be willing to relocate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and staff a complete, ready sales organization of 3 Sales Managers, each overseeing 3 Sales Executives.
• Ensure each Sales Manager builds and manages a team of at least 3 Sales Executives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for PHirst Park Homes developments.
• Drive market penetration and business growth across key VisMin markets.
• Leverage corporate and professional networks to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Establish relationships with corporate accounts, business groups, and key stakeholders.
• Coach and develop Sales Managers to strengthen team performance and leadership capabilities.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background

• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Real Estate Management (REM), Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, Business Administration, or any relevant field

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, team building, and business development.
• Strong corporate sales network is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and manage sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales and market development.
• Willing to relocate to General Santos City.
