Job summary

Colliers Philippines is seeking a market research analyst to conduct qualitative and quantitative studies and produce insightful reports. You will gather data via fieldwork and interviews, manage databases, and analyze market trends using both numerical and qualitative approaches.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in market research, consultancy, or real estate development, and has strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience in market research, consultancy, or real estate development.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Power BI and GIS is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Ability to understand and interpret data.
• Awareness of latest news and current events.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for Colliers, a leading global real estate services company.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies and reports.
• Gathering data using primary and secondary methods, including fieldwork and interviews.
• Managing and regularly updating databases.
• Analyzing market patterns and trends using quantitative and qualitative approaches.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports such as macroeconomic analysis and market studies.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in market research, consultancy, or real estate development.
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Power BI, GIS, AutoCAD is an advantage but not required.
