Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Philippines is seeking a Junior Research Analyst to support economics-focused research, market studies, and client presentations for the Research, Consulting & Advisory Services team. You will contribute to brokerage market analyses and commissioned projects under guidance, delivering clear reports and visuals.

The role requires a relevant degree in economics or related field, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of statistical tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field; postgraduate studies are an advantage.
• Minimum of one year of experience in real estate or related industries; exceptional new graduates may be considered.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to solve complex problems.
• Proficiency in statistical tools is an advantage; numeracy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities; capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate with research and brokerage teams on a day-to-day basis.
