Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Filinvest residential and property projects.
• Generate and develop leads through personal networks, digital platforms, referrals, and other sales activities.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client consultations.
• Assist clients throughout the property-buying process, from inquiry to reservation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Participate in sales activities, open houses, property events, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on project features, pricing, payment terms, and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client transactions.
