Job summary

DV Consulting Inc. in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Realty Operations Supervisor to lead the Realty team, oversee listings, client inquiries, and sales performance.

You will conduct property inspections, coordinate with owners, tenants, and clients, coach associates, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare monthly property performance reports, working closely with Finance, Legal, and Administration. The role includes assisting marketing campaigns for property promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in property management, real estate sales, or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Philippine real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, real estate software, and online property platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and client accounts efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Realty team.
• Monitor and track property listings, client inquiries, and sales performance.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure proper documentation for all listings.
• Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and potential clients regarding property transactions.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to Realty Associates.
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, licensing, and company policies.
• Prepare monthly reports on property performance, occupancy, and sales.
• Handle escalated client concerns and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
• Assist in marketing strategies for property promotion, including online and offline campaigns.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Administration teams regarding contracts, agreements, and payments.
• Recommend improvements in operational procedures and client services.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
