GRAND TAIPAN LAND DEVELOPMENT INC. is seeking a Business Development Officer to oversee project feasibility and management from conceptualization to turnover. You will coordinate across departments, provide market insights, and help align projects with company goals.

The role involves land acquisition support, project budgeting, and monitoring costs, with interactions with legal and regulatory bodies. In-person work location is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Excellent multitasking, time management, verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably with 2-3 years of experience with a real estate developer or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in land acquisition and deal-making during Project Development; prepare feasibility studies and coordinate with Legal for contracts.
• Provide inputs in project conceptualization, reflect deal structures in financial templates, and support planning with guidance from the Project Development Head.
• Coordinate with project consultants and partners, secure permits and licenses, monitor project costs and timetables, and oversee site documentation and contracts.
• Support after-sales service, turnover, and post-construction concerns; represent the team in external affairs like community and government relations.
