Job summary
PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a proactive professional to support the Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties for residential projects. You will prepare feasibility studies and maintain the property and land offers database to streamline acquisitions.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year in real estate, with strong MS Office skills and knowledge of land policy practices.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or any business related course.
- With at least 1 year of work experience in the real estate industry preferably in the Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research Department
- With at least experience in assisting leads / managers in land acquisition.
- Knowledgeable in real estate policies and standard practices.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- To provide the necessary support to Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties.
- To prepare feasibility studies on properties that will be developed into residential projects.
- To manage the property and raw land offers database.
