Job summary

The Corporate Institute in the Philippines is seeking a Sr Associate – Fund Accounting – Real Estate to join our team. You will be responsible for end-to-end NAV calculations, financial statement preparation, posting journal entries, and capital calls within real estate funds.

This role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high service quality and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end NAV calculations for real estate funds.
• Experience in fund accounting and NAV calculation.
• Middle Office or Investment Operations background preferred.
• Asset trade administration or trade capture experience.
• Regulatory exams such as IOC or IMC.

Responsibilities

• Strategic focus to meet SLAs with quality and build relationships with colleagues.
• Operational management to meet regulatory deadlines within Fund Accounting.
• Review data updates, fund accounting activities, and pricing related processes.
• Support changes to processes and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and clients, and respond promptly to queries.
• Identify non-compliance issues and coordinate with leadership and compliance.
• Maintain risk registers and drive continuous improvement within the department.
