Job summary

MA Financial Group is seeking a Fund Accounting Analyst to provide accounting services for our Alternative and Core Real Estate Funds. You will handle monthly closings, reconciliations, and cash flow support for multiple funds in a dynamic, international environment.

Based in the Philippines, Taguig, the role involves posting bank journals, vendor payments, asset registers, and ad hoc tasks, with cross-functional collaboration across AP, finance, and treasury teams.

Responsibilities

• Posting of bank journals and updating bank reconciliations
• Payment of invoices through Certane Portal or Perpetual Docstore for multiple Funds
• PO Creation in Yardi and funding to AP ANZ account for invoice payment for multiple Funds
• Cash flow forecast for payment
• Quarterly preparation of Unit Pricing for basic Fund
• Roll up of Property Management Reports to the Fund's TB
• Preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations for the basic Fund
• Preparation and posting month end accruals for the basic Fund
• BAS Reconciliation and Payment for the basic Fund
• Monitoring of Debt Facility interests, line fees, and reset fees
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register for the property owned by the basic Fund
• Other adhoc tasks
