Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Marketing properties to potential buyers and investors
• Creating and managing property advertisements across various platforms
• Building and maintaining a buyers list
• Following up with interested buyers and answering property-related questions
• Qualifying buyers and determining their interest level
• Managing offers and negotiating with potential buyers
• Coordinating with the acquisition team regarding property details, pricing, and deal structure
• Tracking and managing active deals from marketing through disposition
• Following up with buyers to move deals toward closing
• Coordinating with title companies, closing agents, and other transaction parties
• Maintaining records of buyer activity, offers, negotiations, and deal status
• Monitoring marketing channel performance and adjusting strategies as needed
