Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. seeks a role to support the Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties. You will prepare feasibility studies for residential developments and manage the property and raw land offers database, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

The ideal candidate has a real estate/related degree and at least 1 year of experience, with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, and is willing to report in Makati City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy or related business degree.
• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience, preferably in business/project development or market research.
• Experience assisting leads/managers in land acquisition.
• Knowledge of real estate policies and standard practices.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Willing to report in Makati city.
