• A Real Estate Consultant provides expert advice to clients about real estate transactions, including buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on current real estate trends, property values, and market conditions to provide clients with informed advice.
• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and goals, offering tailored advice based on their requirements.
• Property Recommendations: Suggest suitable properties to clients based on their preferences, budget, and goals (e.g., residential, commercial, or investment properties).
• Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiating property deals, terms, and prices, ensuring that they get the best possible outcome.
• Transaction Coordination: Help clients navigate the paperwork and legal requirements involved in buying, selling, or leasing properties.
• Investment Guidance: Offer advice to investors on property potential, risk, return on investment, and long-term strategies.

Qualifications

• With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
• Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holidays
