Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct market research and stay updated on property values
• List properties for sale and create marketing plans
• Schedule and host property showings and open houses
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms on behalf of clients
• Prepare and review real estate documents, including purchase agreements and lease contracts

Qualifications
