Responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging trends, property values, and opportunities for clients.
• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate goals and provide tailored recommendations, whether for residential, commercial, or investment properties.
• Property Evaluation: Assess properties for potential investment, sales, or lease, taking into consideration factors such as location, market demand, condition, and potential ROI.
• Investment Strategy: Advise clients on the best investment strategies based on their financial objectives and risk tolerance.
• Note: With valid original barangay and police clearance.
• Note: Good with customer service is an edge.
• Note: Detail-oriented, and good with customers.
• Note: All genders are welcome.
• Note: Trustworthy and with a pleasing personality.
• Note: 18 years old and above.
• Note: High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or HIGHER.
