Job summary

Outsourcey is hiring an accounting professional in the Philippines to manage day-to-day accounting for real estate development, construction, and property operations. You will maintain records in QuickBooks and Xero, track job costing, and prepare project-level financial reports.

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years of real estate accounting experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and the ability to work with owners, project managers, CPAs, and lenders.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of accounting experience in real estate related fields.
• Strong understanding of real estate and construction accounting.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and familiarity with Xero.
• Experience with construction job costing and project accounting.
• Proficient in bank and credit card reconciliations; financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting for real estate development, construction, and property operations.
• Maintain financial records using QuickBooks, Xero and other systems.
• Track project costs and job costing for each construction project.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, CPAs, and lenders; ensure accurate coding to projects.
