The ideal candidate will analyze large volumes of healthcare revenue cycle data, investigate issues independently, and translate findings into actionable recommendations with a 72-hour turnaround for claim submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical coding and AR backlog resolution.
• Strong understanding of AMA CPT, CMS, and ICD-10 coding guidelines.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI reporting; payer portal navigation.

Responsibilities

• Code backlogs, unbilled encounters, and workflow barriers; ensure timely claim submission within 72-hour TAT.
• Support AR backlog resolution; conduct claim-level research and validate payments and adjustments.
• Own claims through final resolution including appeals, corrections, or write-offs.
• Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates and next steps.
