• 3–5 years combined coding and AR experience.
• Knowledge of AMA CPT, CMS, ICD-10 coding guidelines.
• Strong research and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coding: drive resolution of coding backlogs, unbilled or missing encounters, and coding-related worklists.
• AR: support backlog and account resolution including aged, denied, high-dollar or unresolved claims; perform claim-level research; validate postings; own claims through final resolution.
• Reporting: maintain project plans and trackers; provide regular status updates on progress and results.
