Job summary

Dynamic Talent Solutions in Muntinlupa is seeking a Healthcare RCM Customer Service Representative to manage the full cycle of medical billing and coding in a fast-paced on-site role. You will conduct data-driven chart reviews and back-office insurance follow-ups to ensure maximum reimbursement and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of RCM experience, strong skills in chart reviews, DRG audits, E&M coding, and CDI, with certifications such as CDIP, CCDS, CPHQ, CMAS, or CPC highly

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in RCM or related field.
• Key Skills: Chart Reviews, DRG Audits, E&M Coding, CDI.
• Pay: up to 45,000 PHP monthly.
• Certifications such as CDIP, CCDS, CPHQ, CMAS, or CPC are highly preferred.

Job Description:

We are looking for highly analytical RCM Specialists to manage the full cycle of medical billing and coding. This is a blended role involving data-driven chart reviews and back-office insurance follow-ups to ensure maximum reimbursement and compliance.

RCM Blended Senior

• 2+ years experience required
• Key Skills: Chart Reviews, DRG Audits, E&M Coding, CDI
• Pay: up to 45,000
• certifications such as CDIP, CCDS, CPHQ, CMAS, or CPC are highly preferred.

RCM Blended

• 2+ years experience required
• Pay: up to 35,000
• Medical Call Center, Prior Authorizations (Payers/Providers)
• Pay: up to 30,500

Location: Residing within 1-2 hours travel time from Alabang. (Candidates from further locations must be willing to relocate).

Urgency: Must be able to start ASAP.
