Job summary

Private Advertiser in Taguig is seeking an Operations Manager for Patient Contact / Patient Access RCM in healthcare. You will govern learning rigor, drive training design, delivery, and continuous improvement, and align with Operations and Transformation teams.

You must have a 4-year degree, extensive US Healthcare RCM and Patient Access experience, plus 3–5 years of managerial leadership. EPIC experience is highly preferred, and you will lead a team of process coaches to improve call center

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year degree program.
• EPIC experience is highly preferred.
• Patient Access/Patient Contact experience is a must.
• Extensive US Healthcare RCM experience required.
• At least 3-5 years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Strong in US RCM domain and can relate the scenarios in Patient Access/Patient Contact.
• Governance and rigor of learning health programs (on the job training, need-based learning, continuous education, call quality improvement).
• Manage the team of Process Coaches.
• Deliver, guide and motivate team through learning rigor methodologies (group and classroom).
• Prepare learning objectives, instructional strategies, evaluation methods, and training timelines.
• Produce collateral materials using internal resources.
• Conduct Training Need Analysis with Operations and Transformation teams.
• Execute TNA to meet operational requirements and ensure training quality.
• Coordinate with Operations and Transformation to understand client expectations.
• Be proactive in transition projects and participate in internal/client discussions.
• Keep courses up to date as per business requirements.
• Participate in inter/department calibrations to upskill delivery.
• Act as the go-to person for questions in area of expertise.
• Participate in department discussions on learning and development initiatives.
• Perform other tasks to meet department goals.
