The successful candidate will manage healthcare billing processes including accuracy in claim submissions and communication with clients and insurance providers. Ideal candidates should have 1–2 years of BPO experience, with at least 6 months in medical billing. Strong English communication skills are essential, as well as a willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and review medical claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
