The specialist will manage healthcare billing processes, ensure accuracy in claims, and maintain communication with clients and insurers. Candidates must have 12 years of relevant experience, including 6 months in medical billing, and be proficient in English. This on-site role also requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work irregular hours, including holidays.

Qualifications

• 12 years of related work experience in the BPO industry, including 6 months in medical billing.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and during holidays.
• Must be onsite in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Process and review medical claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and client information.
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely billing operations.
