Qualifications

• 12 years of related work experience in the BPO industry, with at least 6 months in medical billing.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Process and review medical claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
