A growing BPO team is looking for a Medical Billing Specialist to manage healthcare billing processes and ensure accuracy in claim submissions. The role involves processing medical claims, verifying patient insurance, and maintaining communication with clients and insurers. Candidates must have 1–2 years of BPO experience, including 6 months in medical billing. Excellent English communication skills are required. This position is on-site in BGC, Taguig with competitive incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the BPO industry.
• At least 6 months of medical billing experience.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and during holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process and review medical claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
