Job summary

Moody’s Analytics is seeking an experienced Moody’s RAY Technical Consultant (Upgrade Specialist) to support a large-scale banking transformation project in Singapore. The role focuses on Moody’s RiskAuthority (RAY) platform upgrades, migrations, installation, configuration, and technical implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
8+ years of IT experience with hands-on Moody's RiskAuthority (RAY).
Proven experience with RAY upgrades and migrations.
Strong Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL development skills.
Hands-on Hadoop, ETL, Unix/Linux experience; strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute Moody's RAY version upgrades and migrations.
Install, configure, deploy, and maintain RAY environments (Dev/UAT/Prod).
Perform system configuration, environment setup, and deployment.
Develop and optimize SQL/PL/SQL scripts for data extraction.
Design and maintain ETL processes for multi-source data.
Collaborate with stakeholders and infrastructure teams for deployments.
